Role: BCBA (Leave Coverage) Location: Kent School District (in-person only) Schedule: Monday–Friday Pay: $60-$65/hr, weekly pay Benefits Package: Health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees Duration: October through March (tentative) Hours: 37.5 hours/week Start Date: ASAP Certification Required: Department of Health BCBA Certification

Responsibilities:

Provide district-wide support by floating between school sites Collaborate with case managers and school teams Conduct data collection and analysis on student cases Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and reports Develop and revise behavior intervention plans Maintain thorough documentation Foster a supportive environment for both students and staff
