About the Behavior Therapist (BT) Role:

Title: Behavior Therapist (BT) – 1:1 School-Based Role Location: Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 37.5 hours per week (typically 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM) Compensation: $26–$30/hour Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision Work Setting: On-site only

Certification: RBT certification preferred, but not required

Position Details: • Full-time, contract position with an immediate start and opportunity to continue through the 2026–2027 school year • Provide 1:1 behavioral support for a high school aged student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disabilities (ID) • Support the student during transportation to and from school, including home pick-up and drop-off

• Student is currently on a reduced schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) with the goal of transitioning back to a full-time schedule

Qualifications: • Experience working with individuals with Autism and/or behavioral needs required • Strong behavioral support background preferred • RBT certification preferred, but not required
