Job Description:

About the Behavior Technician Role:

Title: Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Tucson, Arizona School: Gale Elementary School – Tucson Unified School District Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Compensation: $22–$24/hour; weekly pay Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits available on the first day of employment Work Setting: On-site only Certification: Valid Arizona CBT or RBT certification required REQUIRED: IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (NOT LEVEL 1)

Position Details:

Full-time, contract position from 08/06/2026 – 05/21/2027

Support students in an elementary school setting through behavioral interventions and individualized support plans

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers to promote student success

Implement behavior plans and collect data to track student progress

Provide one-on-one and/or small-group support based on student needs
