About the Certified Occupational Therapist and/or Assistant Role:

• Title: Certified Occupational Therapist and/or Assistant
• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Compensation: OT: $47-$49, COTA: $42-$44 per hour; weekly pay
• Benefits offered to FTE on first day of employment
• On-site only
• Certification: Certified Occupational Therapist and/or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant License
• Travel stipends available for non-local candidates willing to relocate for assignment
