Workforce Portal (WFP)

The WFP is your mobile-friendly hub to conveniently:

  • Enter time worked and upload timecards
  • View and download paystubs
  • Manage your work schedule

Payroll Information

  • Instructions for submitting your time are available in several formats. For detailed instructions, click here.
  • Deadline: Timecard reports are due Monday at Midnight CT via WFP. These are processed for direct deposit on Friday.
  • Note: Late submissions will be processed for pay the following week.

Travel Reimbursements

When applicable for travel assignments, reimbursements are paid out on the first and last paycheck (Arrival & Departure).

Insurance Benefits

  • Effective Date: Typically the first day of assignment, based on eligibility.
  • Online Enrollment: Look for an email titled "Gifted Healthcare - Benefits Enrollment IMPORTANT". This is time-sensitive. If not received within 5 days of your start date, contact the Benefits Team immediately.
  • Continuity: Benefits continue as long as you work full-time hours or are scheduled to start a new assignment shortly.
