Title: 1:1 Paraprofessional Location: Mainville, OH Schedule: Monday–Friday Compensation: $18-$19/hr  Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision offered to full-time employees Work Setting: On-site only Certification: Ohio Aide License required; CPI/Safety Training highly recommended

Position Details: • Full-time, contract position for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year • 1:1 support for a 10th-grade male student with Autism and low communication skills • Primary responsibility includes blocking and preventing self-injurious behaviors • Student has a history of elopement; staff must be prepared to intervene and prevent unsafe behaviors • Occasional injurious behaviors toward staff have been observed • Student receives 2:1 coverage, with another paraprofessional also assigned • Candidates must have an Associate’s Degree or 60 college credit hours

Travel stipends available for non-local candidates willing to relocate for assignment.
