Rural Indian Nation in Oklahoma

Gifted entered an MSP relationship with an Indian Nation Health System in the State of Oklahoma. The Health System's usage of clinical labor was largely unorganized and decentralized and the system was in need of a long-term plan that reduced labor usage, spend, and yielded a more permanent solution.

Since implementation of the customized MSP, Gifted worked together with the Health System to develop a well-trained, fully credentialed pool of nurses which includes ongoing sub-vendor participation.

The Health System had readily identified agencies that they preferred, so Gifted worked closely with these agencies to ensure participation and satisfaction with the arrangement. In addition to automating the onboarding, testing, placing, and reporting functions for the health system, Gifted has successfully assisted the Health System in their primary goal of reducing overall clinical labor within the hospital.

The Results

Gifted Reduced Clinical Labor by 88%

Since its’ inception, the MSP partnership has reduced clinical labor by 88%. Part of the customized approach for the Health System, included sourcing and placing candidates through temp-to-perm and perm placement to provide full time consistent staff and reduce permanent vacancies.

We continue to work with our partner through the MSP relationship and to receive strong satisfaction ratings from our participating clinicians and the key end users within the system.
