Gifted Healthcare CEO, Dennis Ducham named Staffing 100 North America 2023

February 20, 2023

Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) recently unveiled its 2023 Staffing 100 North America list. Gifted Healthcare CEO Dennis Ducham has been named among this list of influential staffing leaders throughout North America. The Staffing 100 North America list recognizes leaders that helped their businesses successfully emerge from one of the most difficult periods in recent world history.

Ducham, a 20-year staffing industry veteran, commits his work to fostering a company culture of compassion and resilience. He also prioritizes a balance of technological innovation and human connection in the delivery of care. Under Ducham’s leadership, the Gifted Healthcare team places and supports more than 5,000 clinicians and health professionals annually. In healthcare facilities and schools across the US, Gifted Healthcare now maintains a net promoter score that is above industry average.

“Despite a devastating pandemic, war overseas, global inflation and a constantly evolving world of work, the staffing industry not only recovered but grew substantially past pre-pandemic levels. Seeing the industry achieve such success merely requires a look at the Staffing 100 North America, who faced and leapt high over those obstacles,” said Barry Asin, SIA president.

While Ducham has been at Gifted Healthcare, he has led the team through the pandemic and natural disasters. Under his leadership, Gifted Healthcare continues to provide exceptional support for its clinicians and partners.

“Dennis’ leadership style has continued to lead our team at Gifted to success,” said Mary Kay Molbert, Chief of Staff. “The collaborative and supportive culture under his guidance has put the both employees and clinicians first.”
