Dennis Ducham has joined Gifted Healthcare as Chief Executive Officer as of June 2021. Gifted Healthcare provides creative workforce solutions for healthcare partners across the U.S. Gifted Healthcare is also a thought leader in the healthcare staffing industry with a culture of empowerment and innovation. As CEO, Ducham collaborates closely with Chief Operating Officer Mary Kay Molbert and President of Strategic Growth Mullady Voelker. He leads the company’s day to day operations, working to innovate and scale our organization into new phases of success.

Dennis Ducham has worked in staffing and healthcare operations for more than two decades. After holding leadership roles at American Hospital Supply and Pepsi, Ducham joined Staffing of Chicago as President and CEO. Afterwards, he spent time as the CEO for CCP Global and the President and COO of AMR/ProNurse. He then started Global Recruiters of Pleasanton, an executive search firm specializing in the staffing industry. Finally in 2012, Ducham became the CEO of Mediscan, an Allied Health and School-Based Therapy firm which was eventually sold to Cross Country Healthcare.
Originally from Midland, Michigan, Dennis Ducham earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Michigan State University and is on the Advisor Board for MSU's Broad College of Business. Ducham and his wife of 37 years reside in the California Bay Area. The couple have four children and two grandchildren.
