Gifted Healthcare Ranked a Best Place to Work in 2022

Gifted Healthcare has been ranked among New Orleans CityBusiness’ Best Places to Work 2022! This program was created by New Orleans CityBusiness and Best Companies Group to recognize and honor the best employers in New Orleans.

How Did Gifted Make the List? 

Companies had to have a facility in the New Orleans area, have at least 10 employees working in the eligible areas, and be in business a minimum of one year to qualify for participation.  

Companies from across New Orleans entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in New Orleans. Initially, the process consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This initial portion was worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation.  

Then, the process consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This phase was worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. Consequently, the combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Washington, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
