Welcome to Gifted Healthcare’s workforce portal where we’ll be going over some of the latest features and updates. Once you log in, every tab will have a respective tile and label to help you navigate the platform easily and effectively.  

While you’ve always been able to manage your timesheets and view your pay stubs, we have a number of features at your fingertips to make working with us a breeze like viewing open assignments, uploading and storing credentials, and signing your offer.  

Our newest feature is sure to excite all of our clinicians. You can now search and request to be applied for jobs right from the portal. Click the Open Assignment Tile. Then click on an assignment you are interested in to see the pay. Once you find the job you love, simply click the request button below the job details, and your dedicated recruiter will get an alert that you’re ready for something new. 

The jobs initially shown will be positions with start dates in the next 60 days that match your state preferences, cert, and specialty. To do a new search, click the filter button. Here you can change your start date, search for assignments within a radius of a location and update shift preferences.   

To update your preferences, go to Home, Profile and Preferences. With all of your information up-to-date and saved in your profile, you’ll be getting your latest offer letter in no time. 

Here you can also update and store your credentials. Whether you need to add a certification, renew an expired one, or add necessary immunizations for your contract, all those updates can all be managed here.  

In the offers tab, you can review your latest offer letter before you sign. This will have your facility details, contract length, and other pertinent details to learn about your new job offer. You can view and sign your newest offers, view your past accepted contracts, and even view offers that you declined. 

Any updates made to your profile will be saved in our system, so our recruiting team knows your latest updates as soon as you save them. This makes applying to new contracts faster, and we can submit you for your top destinations as soon as you’re ready to go somewhere new.
