Mary Kay Molbert Named Top 100 Healthcare Staffing Leader by SIA

Mary Kay Molbert, Gifted COO, was named Top 100 Healthcare Staffing Leader on the 2022 Staffing 100 North America list by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). The 11th annual list honors 100 notable individuals who are elevating the staffing industry and advancing the workforce solutions ecosystem through their accomplishments.  

Gifted Healthcare has grown tremendously over the past year under Molbert’s leadership. The organization is now the 39th-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US, deploying 700 to 1,000 clinicians nationwide per week.  

Mary Kay Molbert's Strategy to Success 

The Covid-19 pandemic has created a critical need for healthcare staffing. Mary Kay Molbert’s unfailing leadership set us on a plan to take action with graec, strategy, and certainty. This approach positively impacted the healthcare industry and the lives of many clinicians as they became frontline workers.  

Molbert instituted emotional and clinical readiness screening policies for nurses new to crisis care environments. As many exceptional nurses experienced uncertainty taking frontline assignments, these screenings helped assign clinicians according to their strengths. Molbert also implemented tools to address employees's mental health, leading a full technology and systems review to improve workplace communication. Consequently, this initiative maintained a positive work culture and provided holistic and comprehensive support for more than 175 corporate employees. Through these efforts, Gifted Healthcare was named one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare in the US.
