You can reset your password on our Workforce Portal. by following these steps:

  1. Click "Forgot Credentials"
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Hit "Submit"

After this, a reset email should arrive in your inbox within 30 minutes. If you still do not see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can access Pay Stubs through your Workforce Portal using the same login credentials created when you applied. If you need to reset your password, no problem! Just click "Forgot Credentials."

1. Follow the invitation link in your email inbox to create your password.

  • Your username/email will auto-populate based on the email you provided. Be sure to use the same email address you applied with, or you won’t be able to confirm your profile.
  • Create and confirm your password, then click “Save Credentials”

2. Log in to view and complete your Gifted profile. 

3. Open the Personal tab to tell us more about yourself.

  • Enter your Contact Info, Home Address, and Emergency Contact details
  • After you’ve saved your information, click “Preferences” to continue.

4. Complete the Preferences section to share your assignment preferences.

  • Enter and save your Work Preferences, Shift Preferences, Preferred Work Locations, and Notification Settings
  • Click “Credentials” to continue

5. Complete the Credentials section to share your state license and certification information.

  • Enter your state licenses and certifications – be sure to upload pictures of the FRONT and BACK of your certifications when applicable.
  • Click "Experience” to continue

6. Complete the Experience section to share important details about your education, work experience, and professional references.

  • Enter your education information in the Education section
  • Enter your past seven (7) years of work experience in the Work section. If you graduated less than seven years ago, please enter your work experience since your graduation date. Be sure to include extra details like Unit, Unit Beds, Patient Ratios, and Charge Experience if possible.
  • Upload your resume in the Resume section
  • Make sure all your information is saved and click "Acknowledge” to continue

7. Once you have completed steps 3-6, open the Acknowledge section to sign and confirm your completed profile.

  • Sign your application and click Acknowledge & Agree. This will only appear once you have completed steps 1-5.

8. Almost there! Now open the Skills section.

  • Complete all items that have been assigned in the “Assigned: Skills Assessments” section.
  • Once you have completed your assessments, click Complete. Please note the Complete button will only activate when you have finished each assessment.

9. You did it! Now sit back and leave it to us. Once you have completed steps 1-8, your recruiter will reach out to discuss your next steps.

1) Login to your Workforce Portal Account:

2) Click on Time Entry Tile

  • Long-term and Travel:

  • Per Diem (PRN):
    • The number in the right-hand corner on the Time Entry tile indicates the number of open shifts awaiting time entry verification.

3) Add Shifts Worked (Long-term and Travel only)

  • The Pay Period will default to the current pay period
  • Click the Previous button to locate a prior pay period
  • If your shifts worked do not display, click on the long-term assignment details to add shifts worked during the pay period

  • Select the dates worked
  • Click Add Shifts

4) Create Timesheet

  • Take a picture of your signed/approved timecard and have it ready for upload
    • The Timesheet Image feature will only accept JPG, JPEG and PNG file types
  • For Per Diem (PRN):
    • The Pay Period will default to the current pay period
    • Click the Previous button to locate a prior pay period
    • Contact your Staffing Specialist or Office if:
      • You do not see your shift(s) worked in Time Sheet Entry
      • There are discrepancies with shift dates and/or facility information

  • Click the Upload Timesheet image button to attach an image of your approved timecard and upload

  • The image if your timecard will display upon upload
  • Repeat these steps as needed in the event you have additional timecard related images to upload
    • An example might be a Kronos Time Clock image/report

5) Associate the Timesheet Image to the Shift(s)

  • Select the shift(s) to associate to your Timesheet image/upload
  • Click Create Timesheet

6) Verify Timesheet Details and Submit

  • Click on the desired shift to review; this will open the timesheet details

  • Review shift details and update if necessary
  • To ensure you have verified the details of your timesheet, enter your initials in the Comments box
  • Click Save Shift to continue

  • Please note the following regarding Unit/Floor shift details
    • Unit/floor worked may be different from your specialty.
    • Some facilities have associated units/floors that need to be specified on the timesheet for billing and invoicing purposes.
    • If the unit/floor defaults, please verify for accuracy by  reviewing the values in the dropdown menu.
    • If the unit/floor worked or floated to does not exist in the drop-down menu, enter it the comments section.
  • Repeat the shift verification process for all shifts worked during the pay period

7) Submit Your Timesheet

  • Once the shift verification process has been completed for all shifts worked, click the Submit Timesheet button

  • Upon refresh the timesheet status will change to Sub.
    • This indicates the timesheet has been submitted to the Gifted payroll team for processing.
    • Changes and updates can be made to a Timesheet when the status is Sub

  • A Timesheet status of Lock indicates the payroll team has reconciled the timesheet and no updates can be made to this timesheet in Workforce Portal.
    • If you need to make a change to a “Locked” timesheet, please contact the payroll department.
