Job Title: Behavior Therapist (BT) – 1:1 School-Based Role

Location: Mahanoy City, PA

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist (BT) to support a high school student in a 1:1 setting for the remainder of the school year, with the opportunity to continue into ESY and the 2026–2027 school year.

This is a full-time, school-based role working closely with one student with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. The position includes supporting the student during transportation to and from school and providing consistent behavioral support throughout the school day.

Position Details:

Schedule: 37.5 hours per week (approx. 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM) Start Date: ASAP through June 2nd ESY: Potential opportunity 2026–2027 School Year: Anticipated continuation (starts August 24th) Setting: Student’s home (pick-up/drop-off) and school environment Caseload: 1:1 high school student

Compensation: $26 – $28/hour

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with Autism and/or behavioral needs
• Strong behavioral support background preferred
• RBT certification preferred but not required
