Title: Student Specific Support Aide Location: Gastonia, NC Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) Hours: 37.5 hours/week Compensation: $18/hr; weekly pay Benefits: Offered to FTE on first day of employment On-site only

Details: This position provides 1:1 support to a student in a public separate setting. The ideal candidate has a strong background working with students who display behavioral challenges and those with severe and profound cognitive or medical needs. Candidates should also be comfortable assisting with and completing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma

• Experience with children and/or adults with special learning, behavioral, or health-care needs
