No, you do not need to be employed by Gifted Healthcare to submit a referral.

All positions qualify for a referral bonuses. Here is how much you can earn based on the positions referred:

$500 – Paraprofessionals, Teacher Assistants, RBTs, Behavior Techs and CNAs

$1,000 – LPNs, CSTs, Rad Techs, X-Ray Techs, Art Therapists, BCBAs, COTAs, Counselors, Educational Diagnosticians, Music Therapists, Ops, Psychologists, PTs, PTAs, Sign Language Interpreters, Speech Language Pathologists, SLPAs, Social Workers, General Education Teachers, English Language Learner Teachers, and Visually Impaired Teachers.

$2,000 – Registered Nurses, SLPs, SLIs, Special Education Teachers, RRTs, School Nurses, CT Techs, and Cath Lab Techs

The bonus is paid after your referred clinician completes 288 hours on assignment.

No, you can refer as many people as you want. There is no limit to how much you can earn!

• Anyone may submit a referral. You do not need to be a Gifted Healthcare clinician or employee to be eligible.

• All professions listed under “Friend’s Profession” on the Gifted Healthcare referral form are eligible for the referral bonus.

• The referral bonus will be paid after the referred clinician has logged 288 hours on assignment (equivalent to a standard 8-week contract).

• The referral form must be completed before the referred clinician is submitted to an assignment.

• The referred clinician must not have been employed or paid by Gifted Healthcare within 2 years.

• The referred clinician must start an assignment within 12 months of the referral date.

• The bonus will be paid to the person who submitted the most recent qualifying referral for the referred clinician (i.e., “Your Information”).
